School Festivals
Location & Dates - 2024/25
Registration & Cost
To register teams for school festivals, sign up using the links above associated with the age group and location most suited to your school.
Each pupil participating is required to hold an active ‘Tier 3’ Scottish Volleyball membership on the day of the festival. You can find our membership form below.
All participating schools must be affiliated with Scottish Volleyball. See the link to our affiliation page for full information on how to do this.
Schools
The only cost to schools is the £35.00 for affiliation. If your school is already affiliated there is no cost.
Pupils
The cost per pupil is £3.00 for a Scottish Volleyball Tier 3 Membership. This can be paid in bulk via an invoice from Scottish Volleyball. Membership is accessed through JustGo. If you have any questions on how to register members, please email development@scottishvolleyball.org.
Format & Rules
Arrival
Upon arrival, schools will check-in to ensure they are properly registered. Bring all Membership forms along and handover before festival begins.
Morning Session
9.30 – 11.30 will be unseeded pool play to determine the afternoon play.
Lunch
11.30 – 12.00 will be lunch. Pupils should pack their own lunch.
Afternoon Session
12.00 – 13.30, teams will be playing in seeded pools based on the results from the morning session.
13.30 – 13.45 Closing Awards
