The CEV SCA Beach Volleyball Zonal Tour in Ayr is now just two weeks away!
Scottish Volleyball is delighted to announce that applications are now open for a range of volunteer staff roles across our Indoor National Team programmes. These roles represent an exciting opportunity to contribute to the performance and development of Scotland’s top athletes across senior, U22, U20, and U18 levels.
The Scotland Senior Women’s National Team topped the podium at the 2025 CEV SCA Championships in Dublin, going unbeaten across four matches to claim the gold medal.

Scottish Volleyball is pleased to unveil a refreshed structure for the Tartan Talent Pathway, marking the beginning of a new two-year cycle for our pathway athletes and National Team coaching appointments.
While the shape of the pathway remains consistent, the revised structure spreads sessions more evenly across the indoor season. This change is designed to provide more consistent development opportunities for over 150 athletes involved in the pathway, enabling them to train more regularly with peers at similar stages of development.

Scottish Volleyball are delighted to announce the appointment of Lorna McAvoy as our new Community Development Officer. Lorna was selected as the successful candidate from a very competitive process and started in her new role on Monday 2nd June.
Scotland is set to make waves on the international beach volleyball stage this summer as it prepares to host a leg of the 2025 SCA (Small Countries Association) Beach Volleyball Zonal Tour. The tournament, scheduled from the 18th to the 20th of July, will be held on the inland courts at Kyle Academy in Ayr, marking a major milestone in Scotland’s growing beach volleyball scene. Having last hosted in 2023, Scottish Volleyball is excited to be bringing international beach volleyball back to the sand in Scotland.
They came from all over, almost like a religious calling, to Perth’s North Inch over the weekend to savour what has become the most popular event in Scottish Volleyball’s calendar – the now famous Scottish Open Volleyball Tournament – and it didn’t disappoint.
