Scottish Volleyball is proud to celebrate the successful conclusion of the 2024–25 Local League season, which brought together community clubs from across the country in a powerful demonstration of grassroots volleyball at its best.

Despite facing challenges such as hall closures and scheduling hurdles, local leagues thrived thanks to the commitment of players, volunteers, and local organisers. From school-aged teams to seasoned veterans, the season showcased the growth, talent, and passion that continue to fuel the sport across Scotland.

Regional League Highlights

Perth & Kinross:
In a shortened but high-quality season, Kinross lifted the Recreational League trophy following a strong playoff performance, with Nae Fear and Perth UHI also impressing. In the Premier League, Mental Blocks edged out Dodgy Spikers by a single point in one of the most competitive finishes in recent memory.

Angus & Dundee:
Anchor claimed the Division 1 title with 10 wins out of 12, just ahead of DBDs and Anchor Angels. A strong youth presence and commitment from experienced players made for a balanced and exciting campaign.

Lothian & Borders:
The Premier Division went down to the wire, with OAP Jets narrowly taking the title with 19 points, followed closely by Stingers on 18. Motherwell, Jumping Jets, and Buzzers also delivered strong performances in a highly competitive league.
