Course content;
The SVA Level I course indoors examines the skills associated with ‘How 2 ‘coach, and the content of ‘What 2’ coach when introducing and developing the game of volleyball.
The format of the course includes an examination of physical literacy, how to develop body posture which leads to ball control, and developing game play and tactics. It will also examine the role of the Coach in preparing and delivering practical sessions.
The course structure will link the theory sessions with the practical over the course of the two days of delivery by the course Tutor.
