I am very pleased to report to all our members that the Club Development Grant and Award Programme for season 2010-11 was once again very successful.
The Club Development Grant and Award Programme is designed to acknowledge the value of our clubs and schools, and provide an opportunity for them to seek grant resources to further improve their structures or delivery. The grants can be used for a variety of projects which satisfy the criteria of helping develop volleyball in clubs and schools.
Successes of the £2,700 allocated during 2010-11 for grants and award have been highlighted through the website and blog as well as at school and the ‘Meet Me at the Net’ visits. The recipients who have put the funds to a wide range of uses to develop our sport are listed below:
